A coworker told me about this author. She's a big fan and she's great at what she does, so I went on Amazon and looked him up - Tommy Newberry. He's written a bunch of books, but this one caught my attention so I snagged it. I'm just starting to read it now, but if anyone out there has read this author or has any thoughts, please share them in the comments!
Although this isn't specifically about the Rejection Therapy Jacki and I are doing, it's a fact that success typically comes after many failures and many rejections, so I thought it was related enough to share.
By the way, that's Delia there in the picture. She's one of my rescue babies, and one of the loves of my life!
Three Atlanta 30-somethings documenting our 30-day Rejection Therapy. Every day for 30 days, we will find a way to be rejected. We will ask for the unlikely from people we know and from strangers. We will tell you how it goes. Sometimes people will say Yes, but we will persevere to be rejected once a day. We expect to learn from both the Yes's and the No's. Ready, set, GO!
